Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • European Union: 10–20 business days
  • United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
  • United States & Canada: 10–25 business days
  • Rest of the world: 15–30 business days

Shipping Costs

Spain:

  • FREE shipping on orders over €55
  • Standard shipping: €4.99 for orders under €55

European Union:

  • FREE shipping on orders over €60
  • Standard shipping: €6.99 for orders under €60

United Kingdom:

  • FREE shipping on orders over €65
  • Standard shipping: €6.99 for orders under €65

United States & Canada:

  • FREE shipping on orders over $65 USD
  • Standard shipping: $8.29 USD for orders under $65 USD

International (Rest of World):

  • Standard shipping: €6.99

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Important Notice

All products are shipped directly from our supplier partners' warehouses. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination. Customs clearance may add additional time for international orders outside the EU.

VAT and Taxes

European Union: For orders within the European Union, VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in all displayed prices. We collect and remit VAT in accordance with EU regulations. No additional taxes will be charged at delivery for EU customers.

United Kingdom: Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, and handling fees that are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These additional charges are the customer's responsibility and must be paid upon delivery or as required by the courier. The amount depends on the order value and product type, as determined by UK customs authorities (HMRC). United States, Canada & Rest of World: Prices displayed exclude local taxes and duties where applicable. International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by their local customs authorities. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
